British Columbia is a large and diverse province consisting of many smaller communities outside the Lower Mainland that face challenges accessing convenient and efficient residential conveyancing services. Due to our years of experience working with distance clients and our ability to respond efficiently and reliably to the land title needs of our clients, we have become a residential conveyancing alternative to such communities and we invite you to contact us to tailor a solution for you. We are accustomed to working in cooperation with real estate and/or mortgage professionals for a team approach toward facilitating the documentation process and are available for guidance to our clients throughout the conveyancing experience, if not in person then as a distance client* using the client's preferred form of communication.

To get your file underway, simply give our particulars to your agent/broker. Once we have a copy of your contract from your Realtor and are at that point where it would be advisable to open your file (about three weeks prior to closing), we will need to gather a few details from you.
